Yes, it's Caillou from the PBS Kids show. He has all required sprites and attacks with snowflakes.he has a hyper combo super, and a hyper portrait. oh, and the character he is fighting, fido dido, is another WIP. Caillou has custom sprites.
You know, when you have like 4 chars that need updating badly, it's a bad idea to make MORE.Quality > Quantity.
