can anyone help me find sound pack

I am looking fo an old character named golgo 13.Basically its a scope shot with one bullet miss your shot you die.cant find him anywhere video of it http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5fjEMmdJAxA.If anyone has a link to to downlod.It would be much appreciated.
