Can I convert DOS Mugen to Windows Mugen characters? If so, how?

I'd really appreciate it if someone pointed me to a guide of some sort.

IIRC there was a program called dos2win, google it.

Wow, that was fast. Thanks for the help! Oh, and I have a follow-up question. I forgot to ask, what about stages?

For stages just open the .def and change:

Quote
[BGdef]
spr = stages\cfj-trainingzone-hi.sff
debugbg = 0

To:

Quote
[BGdef]
spr = stages/cfj-trainingzone-hi.sff
debugbg = 0

That should do the trick.
