take somehitng you don't know shit about, let's say truck driving, now put it in autopilot and most people would not be able to tell teh difference between that and a human driving.

exactly

I mean, you wont even approach the actual turing test scenario with those things but an aproximation would require at least someone that really knows how those games work.
Not to mention the obvious, landing perfect combos flawlessly and stuff is not a recognizable human trait if you are doing some simile to a turing test.

Your teachers being fooled doenst really mean a lot, there are several machines that passed the turing test.

If you want a more "game" like example you should look into the chess challenge where a "player" faced several other great chess players and was always able to beat at least half of them.

The chess challenge is a memory thing actually. Take 2 grand masters, in one game you're white, the other you're black.

White moves, you go "OK" and play the same move against black player, wait for black to play, then return to white, using blacks move. Options are you win 1 and lose 1, or both stalemate. More impressive the more chess players there are (seen this on darren brown) where you play against 10 people, 5 you're white, 5 black. It's also less clear that you're playing them off against each other. You're going to win a couple.

Mugen however can never be thought of as human as the patterns in AI become too obvious.

In M.U.G.E.N there is no magic button

They say a little knowledge is a dangerous thing, but it's not one half so bad as a lot of ignorance.

Ive seen examples of the chess man in the middle performed by computer players, hence why I said its a more interesting "game" test. Its still something that requires a lot of memory and organization but its able to fool people into believing they are playing off against real opponents.

There are some tests that perform by trying to throw testers answers to other testers at the same time. It can fool people into thinking the machine is human but it falls apart when the testers realize it and start throwing random inputs.

Game wise, most games perform by state machines so it will be always iffy to try anything as deep as a turing test on them. Similar tests or games can be made but the definitions on what to test would have to be very specific to prove anytihng at all.
The scenario speedy presented wouldnt be a good scenario at all since both the "testers" lack awareness of the thing they are testing and the machine is just reading patterns amidst itself, not reacting to anything human. Reacting to another game machine is always easier than to react to something unscripted.
