Can someone help me identify a character?

When I first began MUGEN I downloaded a character.

I always used the guy, but then I lost all of my files somehow and cannot relocate him.

The character had unnaturally long hair that was blond and spiky, wore black clothes, and had a knife I believe. Played a bit like a psychopath.
