Cannot open certain SFF files in Fighter Factory Ultimate (Read 288 times)

Cannot open certain SFF files in Fighter Factory Ultimate

I'm trying to change some of the portraits for my characters but for some reason when I try to open certain SFF files in Fighter Factory Ultimate it won't work (i.e. FFU it acts as if I didn't open a SFF file)  However, other characters seem to work perfectly fine.  I'm really puzzled what's causing the issue as all characters seemed to open fine for me before.

Examples of characters whose SFF files don't open in FFU for me at the moment include:
  • Chun-Li, Kim by JMorphman
  • Deadpool by Infinite
  • Dhalsim, Maki, Necro by Rajaa
Examples of characters whose SFF files still open fine in FFU include:
  • Guile, Joe, Ken by JMorphman
  • Billy, Broly, Cable, Gouken, Cloud by Infinite
  • All characters by Buckus, PotS

Unfortunately all of the files that don't work are not supported by Fighter Factory Classic.  Does anyone have any suggestions?

Those files that you are having a hard time with are SFF2, you need to download FF3 if you want to open them.
