Can't read stage after continuing? HELP!

Every time I play, if I lose, the game errors out and says that it can't read the next stage. I've taken out all stages and left just one, but it still gives me the same issue. I'm running on Mugen Fighting Jam (don't know if that matters) and this happens all too often. I'm out of options here...If anyone can help, I'll be so grateful...thanks!

I'm not saying your a noob or anything, but do you know how to add stages 100% for sure?

Or have you tempered at the .def file?
Many others here who can help you better i hope

Oh I know I'm a n00b at it. I'm one of those guys who got into it cause I'm die hard fighting game fan, but Mugen is still relatively new to me. And the other strange thing, I got one of those screenpacks that came with most of these stages. I really haven't installed any of them, I've just deactivated some. Then I put them back. Same crap happens.
