Can't scroll in EVE menu

I cant scroll up or down in the eve menu, i can scroll up and down at the main menu but i get stuck at the bit where you select catagory, none of the keys on the keyboard do anything and i have set my keys up and stuff,

i downloaded a version with hundreds of characters, i should still be able to go up and down through the categories.



here a found an image of were im stuck in this forum.
mine looks a little different, starts of with capcom then anime etc

ok i worked out how to change it to a different layout... but there are no characters in the stage.def.. now i gotta copy every character name manually and there like 800 of them AAAARRGFHGHGHGh  i wish there was an easier way

Now that you mention it...I remember running across a post in Mugen Infantry that showed a link to a program that'll auto-insert your characters into the select.def

But it's pretty much useless anyway. The link is dead

i Cant find it, just a program that would copy folders names would be a big time saver
