Can't send PMs to certain users

Okay, for some reason I can't send any private messages to certain people on this form such as Pokechao or Nazrat.

It doesn't say if I'm blocked or if their inbox is full or whatever. Just when I press "Send Message" it just loops me back to the message input screen and all it doe is take their name off the recipients list for no reason, I don't get any indicator its been sent,

Is this a glitch?

Maybe they have the "only accept PM's from friends and mods" or whatever option checked.

Which is silly in Nazrat's case since he directly asked me how I was. How am I supposed to reply to that now?

Also isn't there an error saying the recipient has a full inbox?

do those people have weird characters in their names like ☺ for example? i know that can cause a problem

Im having the same issue. When I go to respond to a certain user, it removes the "to" entry. Its been Kamiya each time where the issue is at and my inbox isnt full

yeah , there is somethign weird with kamiya, I don't remember if Iw as able ot pm her correctly but I remember people complaining about beingunable to pm her before.
