can't stop his music from stopping,

  Hey I have Noob Saibot by Mike Obrecht, I've went through all of his CNS files and deleted all the "flag= nomusic" tags, but the music still stops whenever he wins a fight :???: How do I fix this? Same with Binho's scorpion, only with scorpion it wouldn't even load into the mugen, when I tried to pick him it exited out the mugen and sent me an error message. As a matter of fact I think almost all Binho's MK chars are like this, I remember having this problem with his reptile, but I can't remember what I did to fix it.. I fixed reptile somehow so his music doesn't stop anymore. Anyways, does anyone know how I'm supposed to fix this problem for the rest of the MK chars I downloaded from Binho and Mike Obrect?

You Might Have Deleted Some Code That Was Important Redownload Him And See What You Did... As For The No Music Problem, You May Need To Lose The Assertspecial Code Not The Flag Only! The Flag Removal May Have Made The Assertspecial Invald. Thats My Opinion.

  Yeah I had downloaded this char, had this problem I mentioned, then I redownloaded him several times, and it didn't fix the problem. Ok I found the Assertspecial code, I tried this with Kano by Binho, I deleted the Assertspecial but it didn't work. It just exited the mugen and gave me an error message which read:
 
         "Error Message: AssertSpecial Flag Parameter Missing
         Error parsing [state 181, 1]
         Error in [Statedef 181]
         Error in Kano.cns
         Character needs to be updated. See docs/incompt*.txt.
         Error loading chars/Kano?Kano.def
         Error loading p1"
 
        and another window popped up along with it, winmugen.exe, which read:
 
       "winmugen.exe has stopped working
 
        A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available."
