I just wanted to let you guys know that if Wesker and/or Frank wins, they won't necessarily be based on their MVC3 incarnations. Frank will probably reflect that moveset more (or his TVC moveset), but I can tell you right now if I make Wesker he will most likely be in his Code Veronica outfit and have a custom moveset. Just wanted to be up front so you guys don't think they'll be straight conversions.
Everyone is still going to vote for them either way, so you might as well prematurely end the thread. Also, they probably wouldn't have been this wildly popular if you had Chuck Greene or Gene in there. Just saying.
Voted Claire and Roy because Wesker will get enough votes anyway so might as well choose Claire and Roy cause he is a cool guy.
Retsu, because it's about freaking time someone made Retsu for MUGEN. SF1 characters beyond Sagat and Adon barely get any love.Frank West, because we need a crazy photographer on the roster.

Joe because a) everyone says Retsu, b) there was no Geki, and c) for some reason looking at Joe makes me think of Tyler Durden.Wesker because a) it's Wesker, b) there's a pressing need for a Mugen Wesker, and c) I would like to see a Mugen Wesker. If Wesker goes ahead, yes you said he would be more of a Code Veronica version than a MvC3 version, but will you at least retain DC Douglas' voice? Richard Waugh was dreadful.
Frank and Roy, just to avoid getting more of the regular games choices for capcom. Plus, would be really cool if you put in the game some other choices, like Arthur, Regina from Dino Crisis, Yellow Iris from Battle Circuit...

Claire and Frank. Claire because there's a Jill, Chris and Wesker out there in the wild world but I don't remember a MUGEN Claire and Frank because there just needs to be a MUGEN Frank. [on the plus side at least you do have things you can get reference from in fighter terms for Frank]
