The only other low res one I can think of is made by Versus.

It's being hosted at http://www.infinitymugenteam.com/, but you have to be a member of the forum to get it. 
It's in the screenpack database section. 


These are a couple hi-res screenpacks based around CvS, just in case you change your mind about low res. 

Mugen CVS2 SX edition by SophieX has the character portraits in the more accurate diamond style.  But the rest of the select screen is not more accurate.

Capcom vs SNK -=W=- 2.4!  by RedNavi is a great fullgame system designed for Warusaki3's characters.  It's also hi-res and not accurate to the original game, but for a fullgame feel there isn't anything better in my opinion.

im looking for cvs2 normal gouki sprites ill even take shin gouki because i could change the palletes..newwavemugen doesnt work so i was wondering if there was another site to download it from?
