Several updates. Mostly system glitch fixes.

-Alpha Counters have been adjusted. They should all flash and cause hard knock downs now
-Run type dashes have been buffed. Only affects Guy in the Alpha
-Morrigan had a lot of tweaks/fixes. Vector drains can't be teched. Flight was recoded. EX soul fist no longer heals(drains enemy meter now). DI no longer heals her. AI was tweaked
-Guy can now juggle off of his throw ender in the FF chain. AI is scaled
-Cammy's cl.mp is now a +6, c.hp is a +9 on hit. AI is better

Etc. Have fun

Ill have to look at it later. I'm down to my last 20mb of data this month(till the 15th lol).

Right now, Elena is going to be my priority, but I only have small changes planned till bugs are found(health changes for Jill and Morrigan). I'm hoping to have an actual sp and stages in the next build. It will have 6-8 more characters(most of the planned starter roster) too. If you guys want to help on the stage/sp side, let me know. I could use more small portraits too.
