Let me be the first to apologize for the horrible fuck up I put out yesterday. I'm not sure how so many things got broken by a small tweak but this time I know it all works as it should. You see when I genuinely fuck up I always own up to it and usually fix what I can.

Rugal:
-That infinite still happens for me. $:-\$
-Close B and close D allow juggles after the first hit. Dunno if any chars had normals like that (that weren't command normals like K's One Inch) in KOF 13 or not.

-Gigantic Pressure can still be air recovered after in certain situations (you know the ones I mean).

Something that's been bothering me for a while is that Captain Falcon's far B can combo into Falcon Kick but far C can't. It just seems weird to me is all. $:-\$
