Now 2C has armor which is a very large buff considering the move it self. But 5D now has a weakness of being vulnerable to lows. The damage increase was something I was always on the fence about but I think it will work for him. As for falcon, I made a slight nerf to his B raptor boost as its -1 from 0 on block. It's barely noticeable but it leaves him a disadvantage after doing it back to back. As for the system as a whole, AI will tech their grabs more often. Not by a lot but if you grab mid combo it's 50% chance of being teched now.
