This one simply bridges the gap between him and Alcott among adding other things like my AI system used on ken to a degree. It only knows about 3-4 combos so anything else it will base off my old method. It's also not as ToD as Ken is. As far what bridging the gap means, it basically means a lot of custom states that you simply had to wait to get out of can now be teched out of......mostly. Some of them are still the same while others were changed. He also lost a few things while gaining several other buffs if you'd know immediately if you've been paying attention. I'd like to go into detail about slight changes but I imagine most of you don't care that much lol. Anyway enjoy.Althoooooooough I will say that he's gotten a lot more technical and his metagame is frame traps until he gets enough meter or a counter hit.

I thought it'd happen along with Alcott's release.-Every attack that can Fatal Counter, if used during a Fatal Counter combo, will keep causing the Fatal notification to pop up.-Thank you for making Fierce Raptor Boost actually safe on hit. That buff was far too needed.-+8 frames seems a bit strict for comboing after a Fatal Light Raptor Boost. Only a far Y will land and it's pretty difficult to do it consistently.-I've noticed Air Falcon Punch give a counter notification during a combo after a counter Throw, but I can't seem to consistently land it.Sweet stuff, Kaze, he's definitely getting more refined with each update.

For example, the third raptor boost will say counter instead of fatal to let you know that now it's no longer going to be fatal for any move after it.- Fierce is not safe on block though. Keep that in mind.-it's a 2 frame link and that's the only move intended to be used after it lol-Will fix
I forgot the last part I did to alcott to give to falcon. The basic air hitstates that scales with AI but at max pretty much guarantees that they will tech out of any invalid combo. So I'd recommend a redownload just so you'd get to actively see what combo does and doesn't work.
-Falcon Kick sometimes registers as a counter mid-combo if it had a RC'ed ground Falcon Kick beforehand. It's been doing this for the last few versions.
