Yeah, I know..I still have some fixes to make to my first stage I posted last night, which I'll probably get to tommorow. :P

Regarding this though, I wanted to take a crack at a 2d-sidescroller stage, and also some more animation stuff. The dragon/statue gets up and flies around for a while. The animation appears a tad clunky, but I did this on purpose to look as if it was flapping up and down rather then just smoothly gliding across the room. It turned out alright. Eh.

There are also ghosts flying throughout the stage, and animated candles. Enjoy.

This stage is recommended only for chibi/small characters.

Very nice stage. :)

Only things I could say is about the gargoyle :
- When it's standing on the pillar, it's standing one pixel above it.
- The motion isn't very fluent, it may be nicer to use BGCtrl. But maybe you'll have to wait a little bit to gain more experience with this.

Anyway, very nice work here. Now, you can make other SotN stages for all the fans out there ! ;P

Castlevania Symphony of The Night (Sega Saturn) ;) Dracula's Castle has two more sections in this version. This one, and a Garden...You can also play Maria mode and Richter's with his "Classical Gentleman" outfit.

Nice stage.

Shame the Saturn version was bollocks with the slowdown and decrease in graphical quality, and that you had to pause the game to look at the maps and that the new areas eren't that interesting anyway aside from Requisite Vampire Killer remix.

Hell yes, SoTN is still awesome. I only wish that the Saturn Emulator I used (SSF) was fully dependable.

Either way, I was a bit ahead of myself when making this stage. In other words I tried too hard. XD But for sure I'll do some more Symphony stages in the near future, probably with less animation though, aside from candles and still objects.

BTW what Richter and Alucard were they? They don't look like Raiga-giraru's to me.

Jah. The only versions of these characters that I truly liked, mainly because of the original sprite sizes.
