In this case, you'll have to tone down his damage, or he'll be insanely strong. His moves are very powerful because they are hard to perform (not for everybody, but for common players, they are).
yes damage will definatly be toned down a 4 hit combo already takes insane amounts of damage away from the opponent.
This looks good but you must be careful because actually zangief can take a lot of damage with only a few and easy combinations only be careful with the damage always looks very promising good luck
charge commands and 360s are for losers, keep his damage and simplify the commands. balance is for ps2 and xbox
