You do not bump in this section EVER. We get to things when we get to them. You have waited 12 hours. It's still on the first page. I generally make a point of replying to anything with 0 posts in, even if i don't know the answer and it's just to point them in a more reliable direction. By putting a post in, i was about to completely ignore this topic.

Just change the sprites in your sff. Seriously, that's all. Align them the same, use the same number, problem solved.

OOOOKKKK sorry for the bump......... ???
Im a noob to Mugen, So thanks for being so nice quote"Just change the sprites in your sff. Seriously, that's all" and "By putting a post in, i was about to completely ignore this topic."
I came here to learn and to talk to people that are good at something I love to play. Yet Seriously, besides a chosen few people, all I've got back was flap on "I should know this" "Or I must not have went to school cuz I dont know this".......Come on people, I have not been rude once, I'm just looking to learn from some people who can simplify the prosses, and some of you have for me. Thank you. Oh and thanks for the info on the select screen none the less, I did not know how to change it,Seriously.

Much more reasonable. Also, wasn't angry in my previous post, just emphatic.

The problem here is probably incorrect sprite format. Most likely, they're still 32million colours which prevents them being read. Reduce the colour depth to 256. If your bg is black that should be alright for those sprites. Should automatically set the bg colour to index 0 if it's black. Programs that you can use to reduce colour depth

Photoshop
Paintshop Pro
Gimp

You will also need to make sure they're .pcx files. Sure FF can add .bmp but i don't trust that function and it can screw you up.

Try that, see how you go, come back if you get any further problems.
