Character ?: Is there a finished version of Sheng Long?

I've got a presumably beta version of Ryu & Ken's fake master Sheng Long, tho I don't know who it's by, that uses some generic standing sprites for other actions. Is this the only version in existence? Or is there a complete version or edit by someone?

I don't necessarily need a link, just any information ppl have about WIP or complete versions of this character. Thanks very much =)

(oh and if this violates the rules in some way, i beg for amnesty and fully support the deleting of this topic... i know it's rather dull to stand on it's own, haha, but it's not really a request so I wasn't sure)

thanks... i didn't think to look below the individual project boards at the topics within the project section. ooooops, lol =( i'd assume that WIP is the most promising Sheng Long def, then?
