I'm obviously gonna pull for my own stuff, but if I had to say who else is more deserving(not saying I am) I'd go with necro. Good sf3 works are a true rarity especially after GM went stagnant so long ago. And like all sf3 chars it came with revision after revision to fine tune things and fix bugs. So my hat is off to rajaa for this one.

Both feature excellent programming and Rajaa went the extra mile to include all of those nifty options. Although those two are my votes, this month was pretty hard as there were a lot of solid releases. Best wishes everyone!!

Thanks for the acknowledgement! I, on the other hand, think that everyone on the list deserves an equal amount of recognition for their contributions! However, to be fair, I only voted for!

Necro for the animations and rating system(very cool),shuma because he's my fav bad guy fighter and Hawkman for the cool hawk helper and that "knock you in the air" hyper. but all of the nominated chars are cool as s***.
