Hello, fellows of the Mugen community. My name is Dr. GOH, and I have killed Rajaa and taken his place as the COTM thread organizer. You will obey to me from now on.

In this thread you will be nominating characters from the month of February that you believe are worthy to be recognized as Character of the Month. These nominations last until March 16th.

I will create a comprehensive list of the nominations' progress every couple of days or so. The list will include: Who's a candidate and how many motions other characters have. If twenty candidates are reached before the 15 days are up, then voting will start early. Feel free to create the list yourself if you feel like it.

Characters like Psychopath Kyo finished 2nd last month, with a good amount of votes, but the update is not substantial enough IMO to make it go through a new CotM topic. It's a great character, though 4 little fixes shouldn't really give him new spot. but whatever, more chances for him I guess.
