Shredder's already a candidate. As for Buruki One Silber by Banana, it was originally released 2 months ago, but an update took place a few days ago, I don't know how Rajaa takes care of that one. I assume it's eligible, regardless it's only "-1" because you're the first person to nominate it. And it's a good thing. That way, you only choose chars you really like, not just post a list of characters "because you can", as people used to do.

but rules are rules... it's the thing some good chars can't be choosed what bothers me, but nothing really serious (like in january, it was a couple of chars no one nominated, that's all)
