In this thread you will be nominating characters from the month of February that you believe are worthy to be recognized as Character of the Month. These nominations last until March 19th.

Read these rules and guidelines

I (or someone else, most likely) will create a comprehensive list of the nominations' progress every couple of days or so. The list will include: Who's a candidate and how many motions other characters have. If twenty candidates are reached before the 15 days are up, then voting will start early.

Feel free to create the list yourself if you feel like it.

- Only nominate up to 4 characters
- Read the thread
- The numbers next to each nomination represent each character's current nominations
- Only 3 nominations are necessary for each character
Remember that if you nominate at least one person in a month, your CotM punch card gets another hole punched into it. Get it punched 12 times and you get a free sandwich!

Basara said there was only one missing candidate, and Ultimate Zangief by Elektro was nominated after that so... I think that Porygon-Z can't enter on the competition this time.
