Basara said there was only one missing candidate, and Ultimate Zangief by Elektro was nominated after that so... I think that Porygon-Z can't enter on the competition this time.

damn that sux. PorygonZ was a good pokemon mugen char that deserved to be a nom. is it possible i can take myself out and put him in my place? I feel bad for not voting for him. i totally forgot.
