Nominations reopened, because I am dumb and forgot that it's twenty candidates and not fifteen.

There are three spots left. If they are not filled in the next 2 days, nominations will be closed again and the current July poll will remain unchanged. If however any candidates are nominated in that period, I will close the poll and make a new one. Sorry for all the trouble!
