I never said they can't be nominated. Plus, all of them are better characters than some others in the list.

More seriously, if I updated Goku today by adding a new palette to him (and nothing more), I wouldn't expect people to nominate him for a CotM title. That'd be stupid, even though it wouldn't break any rule.

But yeah, as Rajaa said, it's not like he's gonna win anyway. The number of nominated Rajaa chars already ensures he won't win.
