Well that's something I suggested way back when Rajaa was still doing these; have download links to these characters in the first post.
I'm not the kind of guy to look at every single release, and I never go to other Mugen forums, so I miss most of them.
Having the downloads gathered in a single place would help to  present them to a lot of people like me (who don't go outside the Guild to look for stuff).
