Ok so I'm kinda new here in the forums but I desperately need help....so here's the problem, I recently watched a tutorial on changing character portraits using fighter factory and I kind of get the idea on how to do it but there's a problem. The picture isn't displaying correctly. Okay as far as the tutorial goes here's what I know, you edit the picture you need so the background is black, mugen won't recognize everything that is black. You use infranview to reduce the color depth and convert it to pcx then use fighter factory to load it unto the character. But what do I do if the portrait contains black? I read another tutorial but I have a hard time understanding it. It says something about using color 0 or whatever. Anyways I'm kind of new in this so anyone pls help me....and just to help, I use adobe photoshop cs2 if that means anything. I'm also new in using adobe so I really need the help >.<.
