Change the axis to 0,0 in his sprite file.

Is that the .sff file? If so do I open it with notepad? Cause when I do I just see masses of weird font

Download fighter factory.  Or if thats giving you problems just upload the SFF for me and I'll do it for you.  No strings attached.

You can eather move the character's small portrait with the arrows on fighter factory or you can just make another one by croping the character's face from one of his sprites, make sure you go to sprites on your fighter factory toolbar... you need pcx to be installed in your computer to edit the sprites.

IF you have FighterFactory
1.Save sprite with face u want.
2.Open it (With Gimp for example) & canvas image to 25x25.
3.Save & replace with 9000,0 sprite.
