Hello, I used Mugen a year or so ago, and now im back and the first thing I like to do when adding new characters is change their large portrait. Though I have forgotten how I went about doing this, the only thing I can remember is I just found a new image, used photoshop somehow and added the png with fighter factory and it took me less than a minute to do this with any image.

But now I have forgotten and I keep getting the colors messed up when I add the new portrait to fighter factory as it has to be the same palette colors, I just don't remember how I use to add them so easily. Any help would be appreciated.
