Im looking for a char with this featuresfor create a personal spriteswamp- when walking backward turns and walks like forward-2 Buttons | 1punch, 1 Kick- All Basic moves (walk,stand,jump,guard,hit) NO crouch

I'm not 100% sure if I understood correctly what you meant by the "walk backward like forward" thing, did you mean something like Michael Jackson? In that case you'll need another button for block (cuz the char doesn't block by default while walking backward).
its just a matter of replacing his animation backwards with the same of his animation forward, no need to change anything with the block.

maybe he means something like.. a platformer fighter, where the attacks come out in a direction depending on the side he last "turned".Like in final fight and etc.

If you want one that has been done, I can think of the Strider full game, but it probably wouldn't work to extract the character and spriteswap him and put him in normal Mugen. I don't know any standalone character that has that feature.
