Choose your character

It is time for that time of year once again my fellow citizens, vote for the best character of the year and decide who shall rise above the others! Twelve candidates! Two votes per user! One winner! Thousands of tears and gallons of blood shed! Vote for who you think deserves the title for this year and perhaps a nice little gif if someone decides to make it!!!

Side Note: If two characters tie then the creators must engage in a Mugen creation battle. Whoever wins gets the title, the loser is exiled for bringing shame to this forum and shall have to spend his days in the forum where this originated, do not disappoint!

Side Note 2: Linked all of the threads instead of direct sites and downloads so that you may use it to learn more about a character if you aren't familiar with it.

I'm also under the impression that people keep neglecting data from the game, do you guys know how PotS made his original characters? He actually studied every single game he referenced, down to the core. Doing this properly requires understanding how the original system was made, not just winging it.
