As the title implies, list chars that are on the horizon that you're looking forward to their release...

Android #18/Capt. Ginyu by Choujin - While Stig's versions are inspired, there are a ton of bugs and oddities in his versions. The best char he made in Choujin's style was Krillin. IDK if Choujin will ever actually do it, I hope so though. It took him awhile to release King Piccolo, so I'm still hopeful he'll get around to it.

Ruby Heart by Buckus - I love Buckus' custom gameplay. All of his chars are awesome. So, Ruby Heart is assured to be awesome as well. She's one of my fave's from MvC2.

She-Hulk by Loganair - I had been looking forward to her ever since I saw her in development back in '07. With the release of MvC3 and She-Hulk making that roster, I'm sure it'll help Loganair with her moveset. I recently been to his site, when he made an appearance here, annoucing his return to the MUGEN scene. Her updated sprites are looking beautiful. I hope to see her released some time this year.

Skullomania by Sean Altly&DivineWolf - Yeah, I had to throw this one in there.  ;P Skullo is one of my all time fave chars in the fighting genre in it's entirety. I'm very much looking forward to this overall.

Yusuke by ThatDude&Rajaa - Great sprite work done on this char and with Rajaa coding him, he's sure to be awesome. Not a big fan of YYH, but that won't differ me from getting him when he's released.

Haggar by Sean Altly&Buckus - The sprites that Sean make is awesome (and unique) and Buckus makes characters with an balanced system that easily fits with any character, I'm sure they'll take the prize of COTY. :P

Yamazaki,Mature,Benimaru by Jmorphman - He is a talented coder who makes any character shine out with Pots System. I'm sure he'll do justice.

Demitri,Ruby Heart, Urien by Buckus - :datass:

Skullomania by Sean Altly&DivineWolf - You and Sean are making Justice by bringing 3d characters that need love more than ever. I'm Sure you'll do one hell of a job!

I agree with all of you as the characters you mentioned are pretty much all I want: Shuma Gorath, Ruby Heart, Skullomania... Yeah, all epic and deserving a spot in all of our rosters. I've got real estate reserved for plenty of fresh and awesome releases.

One character in particular is all I truly want. That would be Dcat's Krang (and eventually Shredder when the time comes). I hope all is well with him since we haven't heard anything from Dcat in a few months. I'm sure life got in the way and everything is fine, but no updates at all?? Let's hope.

I'm also under the impression that people keep neglecting data from the game, do you guys know how PotS made his original characters? He actually studied every single game he referenced, down to the core. Doing this properly requires understanding how the original system was made, not just winging it.

-Vegeta, Gohan and Freeza by Balthazaster ;P - Goku and Satan are the best, waiting for them, too
-Battletoads by Buckus - I already got Rash beta and it's awesome, waiting for a final release, as well for Zitz and Pimple by him
-Frank West by Balmsold - One of my favourite chars from Capcom in last years, it's good to see a version of him for MUGEN, and the spriting is awesome. Also helping with palettes :P
-Megaman X by Empawk - Same as Frank, the spriting is awesome and I'm totally waiting for it
-Batsu Ichimonji by Nestor - The project always I wanted to make but never concreted. Now Nestor can do it well, so waiting for it
-Mike Haggar by SeanAlty - At last a good respriting of Metro City mayor, waiting for it :D
-Rin Oyama by Tene - Saw it in his blog. He already did Shinjuro Gouketsuji from Shin Gouketsuji Ichizoku: Matsuri Senzo Kuyou (a.k.a. Power Instinct Matrimelee 3), now waiting for Reiji's cousin and for more chars from this awesome game :D
-Kairi by Mr Karate JKA - Since I started on MUGEN that I wanted to see him for MUGEN, and after many failed attempts during the time, at last one that can come to finish. Also, it uses my Blizzard as base :P
-Jaoh by Melvanainchains - Good to know another Dragoon Might character is on works, following this for the good (I wanted to make Yamato someday, but so much work on ripping sprites :S)
-Shuma-Gorath by Cyanide: The more the merrier, as someone says. I guess he would be based on MSHvSF, but I hope this time wouldn't be just for 1.0, watching it
FULLGAMES:
-TMNT by Cenobite: After various year he retook this fullgame which I've followed all this time, I hope for a beta very soon :D
-Art of Fighting vs Fatal Fury by Ironmugen: A creator I estimed/liked very much, it's always great to see him back, especially with this, the sucessor of Ultimate Garou
-Variable Geo Medley by [E]: Another creator I estime a lot, watching all his progress, and especially following his Zero Suit Samus <3

- Batsu Ichimonji by Nestor - I totally agree with Basara Yokoshima. I've waited him for years.
- Any KH chars by Ultraboard101 - Since i've updated my mugen into 1.0, i really enjoy the decent chars from Ultraboard101. I wonder who's next to be released?
- Any OP chars by Wenchu - Like Ultraboard101's chars, i also enjoy the OP chars from Wenchu. These chars from him are kickass.
- Frank West by Balmsold - Good to know that someone is working on Frank West. Can't wait for this char too.
and Takamaru by Omegabros6 - OB6 might be working hard and updating his own chars. But i can't wait for his normal size of Takamaru.

Vegeta Z2, because fuck you. I can already tell you he plays simulair AND quite different from Goku Z2 :)

Yusuke, because they're aiming towards Goku Z2 quality in terms of gameplay, and that shit's TIGHT ! Also I am helping in the sprite department here and there.

Megaman X, because he looks badass so far and I am helping with sprites here and there...

Kairi, we haven't had a real quality version of him yet and also because I am helping out in spriting :P

Gohan Z2...but only when Vegeta's finished? He is in need of some special moves (that are already sprited :) )

Frieza Z2 and Vegito Z2, also because I'm involved here. Goddamn what am I NOT involved with these days o_O ;P !?

Unfortunately, Ali's Samurai Shodown characters are bad. I would use such wishful thinking on Noe or Be rather than sell myself short on Ali even if Ali is the only of the mentioned that's active. I'd still have a more unlikely dream rather than Ali making another sloppy conversion of a Samurai Shodown character become reality.
