I'm gonna start with Charlotte because I am the most familiar with her.

+ Accurate CLSNs. I'm freaking jealous that he's able to get Samurai Shodown 5 Special to work in MameRR.
+ Accurate animtimings.
+ Improved sound quality.
- Can't say the velocities feel right.
- The suicide doesn't make the screen go black and the falling sound plays the moment she sips from the poison bottle as well as when she falls.
- Uses MUGEN cornerpush which works nothing like Samurai Shodown 5 Special's.

Well... sweet, nice steady improvements.

I'm also under the impression that people keep neglecting data from the game, do you guys know how PotS made his original characters? He actually studied every single game he referenced, down to the core. Doing this properly requires understanding how the original system was made, not just winging it.

That's what you get for never playing Samurai Shodown 5 Special before. Enjoy your writhing in agony for your ignorance to the source game!

Or you can just disable the big red sprite explod because...why not that instead of an envcolor I guess.

Ugh, "Finally a good/decent" comments are so useless and kinda unintentionally disrespectful. In any case I'd say it's tough to decide which Charlotte is better. Like, both guesstimate their velocities but this one didn't guesstimate the hitboxes and is based on what I consider to be a slightly better game.

Though this one has accurate hitboxes, it guesstimates the sprite alignment like Noe's which is odd to me because the hitbox script also has toggle-able axis cursors.
