You stole the rain and fog from Waffles. I compared both PCX files and they are identical. You even stole the code he used for the rain and fog verbatim other than a slight rename. I should know because I helped him code the stage a bit and was there throughout the whole creation process. On top of that you gave him no credit to him at all or ever asked permission as far as I know. Congratulations, you're a biter. Let the rape fest begin.

I hate it when nice looking stages turn out to have stolen stuff in them.
I'm sure if you had asked you would have been given permission as well.

what sucks is that waffles put that rain together himself and only released the stage 3 hours ago

damN if ya gonna steal at least wait more than 3 hrs. Better yet dont steal and if ya do at least give credit.

but yeah i guess you should have asked. Dont feel bad though im guessing it could have been that you just didnt know the rules that some people have over their mugen stuff.

Oh im sorry i thought the rain and fog was open source i didn't know

and i believe i gave credits for the sprites *checked*

dam i didn't ill remove the rain and make my own sorry  :'(
