Coding in attacks

  • Working on MGS1 Snake's VR missions in MGS2

I am working on a W.I.P. right now and I need some help.

First off the character is currently a OTH(Omega Tom Hanks) spriteswap and I wanna make the character somewhat original..

Now I thought up two attacks to replace two of the movie poster attacks:
Crane:a crane comes out and grabs the opponent
Tank:A tank comes out, shoot a couple of missiles and then disappears(and it cannot be controlled by the player).
Now i need to know how to code in some helpers for the tank and crane attacks and how to code in grabbing(the crane specfically) and how to code in projectiles(The tank) and other stuff.

The character is balanced out a bit(Unlike OTH).
Now I'm gonna keep the Bomb,Light and NUKES attacks.

Would choosing me for the question thread be a
unique experience?  I can't really say.

After that, look at some characters with helpers. Then look at KFM's throw coding. Come back when you have a more definitive problem than a generic "how do i code this non specific feature" question.
