My bad.

Do your best to become stronger. Become stronger, so you can do your best.

Mugen is a way for me to remain nostalgic with all of the dream matches I cooked up as a kid. It's also what I call a "Digital Action Figure Collection."

The sleeve stuff seems a bit excessive IMO - if contemplating stuff not in classic Ryu depiction, I'd rather have color separation making a beard possible for him (hey, Gouken grew one...).

Template! This separation won't be done anytime soon, btw. I'm very slow when it comes to this stuff. The palette is also in the .sff for those who want to help.

There's actually another sclera shade that appears on several sprites, and another teeth shade as well. :P

I'm also gonna repost this:
Because Ryu and Ken are headswaps, and because they share so many moves, it would save a ton of time if you used my Ken separation as a base for Ryu. This includes gloves, belt, and pants; though hair definitely would need to be redone for all shared sprites, and probably teeth and the eyes, though. I am however currently in the middle of revamping my Ken separation so don't go using the one that's on my site. If you want to start right away, I already have done everything that would be shared with Ryu save for their gethits, and the latter should be done sometime next week, hopefully.
Using my separation will help! And make it go faster! And as of today I've only got ~50 sprites left to fix!

In response to the sclera thing, JNP said that he'll take care of the eyes.

And I'll add the other shade, but is it light or dark? I'd look myself, but I really don't feel like it.

It uses one of the skin colors so yeah it's darker. It's in my Ken sprites, which you should use. :V

I think they will...

...wait. What do you mean? The palette or the sprites in general?

To speed up the process of color separation we can use the sprites that Ken and Ryu share. Remove Ken's head and overlay it over Ryu for mostly instant CS magic. We can also use POTS Ryu to do the same with 99% of all Ryu's head sprites for hair and eyes.

Okay. Sooo... who's gonna do this? I'm not really the best with headswaps.

It's uh, not really a matter of headswaps? The separation is all by itself, all one has to do is adjust the palette so it matches the Ryu sprites/separation, and then just paste the separation over Ryu's sprites. Like you could use the magic wand tool in your image editor of choice, select the transparency color, invert the selection, and just paste that over Ryu.

Yeah, it's not difficult. If you still don't get what we're saying you can wait till I get a chance to work on it a bit and I'll show you with images what we're talking about.

It might be a while though. My priority is the coding because the sprites can wait. Once the coding is at a decent stage it'll be easier to begin the community aspect. CSing will be a lot simpler.

I can help pasting the separation into some of Ryu's sprites as long as someone gives me the Ryu palette that includes the separation colors along with the rest of the colors from the sff, of course.

Yeah I'll just wait for you to demonstrate. I don't want to mess anything up.
