Hi. I finished this today, only took me a year. Shut up.

Includes about 60 palettes (I think I got them all) and the template. Let me know if anything is fudged up. I'll finish the supplemental animations soon and include them with the sprite pack.

The hell are you talking about?? That level of separation could have easily took me 3 years and 26 weeks. Excellent work

Quick question...would anyone be willing to add the following extra animations to the .sff once I finish separating the sprites?

-Alternate stance (CFJ version)
-Ki Blast
-Focus Attack
-Teleport (Warusaki version)
-Spinning Izuna Drop

Reason being I'd like to add them to a sprite pack with the axis intact, and I'd more than likely misalign the shit out of them. If not, I'll just add them separately.

I take it they're jtp's palettes? I think he did them in FF3, which switches the color blocks around. For a quick fix, you can open them up in FF3, select all the color blocks, hit the "Exchange position of selected colors" button, and save them. I'll fix them and update the link later.

I assume that's what's happening with Haohmaru as well, but I haven't checked all of his pals yet.
