The running animation looks odd: his body animation is too fluid, while his head (Mostly around the neck area) looks static.Edit: Or it could be the time itself, try to make the ticks/the animation look faster.
Thanks for the permission man! Loving the sprites on Jin. Although the running animation his hair looks like its about to get cut off/getting cut off or its just moving to far back.

Not so much static as bad alignment, which is something that seems to pop up a lot in the animations that Craig posts. Also, seems like there is a missing frame or two between frames 6 and 7 in the fluid version; back leg gets a full extension before he lands on it, but the front leg doesn't in this animation.
Awkward transition if that hasn't been cut down somehow then. Recall getting a bit of advice that would apply here when it comes to art in general: "If something's technically right but looks wrong, it's wrong.
