Your link doesn't show up for Dell... just match the numbers for the laptop with your purpose for AutoCAD.  An average CPU sold today ought to run it with the requirements posted on autodesk's page.  My laptop (which died last summer) is about three years old with a 2GHz (3200+) chip.  Often times requirements are inflated to give the company some breathing room too.  For instance, on non complex objects, you ought to be able to run pretty smooth on a 1GHz chip just fine.

Instead of buying office, you can save money or apply it on a better computer by getting Open Office instead!
