I'm still messing with M.U.G.E.N. and I downloaded and managed to install a few CvS characters to fiddle around with. Now here's my question, how do you turn the difficulty setting down? I mean the real difficulty setting and not that thing on the options menu. No matter what mode I'm in or what character I play the computer goes apesh*t with insane combos, supers and is practically crawling the walls. No matter what I set this thing on, such as Easy 1 or even Hard 8, it's on F**k You 99
WinMugen characters don't have scaling AI unless it's an option within the CNS. Most 1.0 characters don't have scaling AI because the author just didn't bother. Unless you want to look into modifying code, you're out of luck.
