With that I planned to point out that it wasnt a single "random" occurence, but a user that did it on purpose, well known for bad behaviour in the past.

Justifying that way, his ban.
Were my actions wrong?

Another thing, him being american , I have observed that they are more prone to post with a static Ip.

Also, he was being kind of a prick.

I was looking for someone to nominate myself, but couldn't find one for now  :S.

I have a question for the Staff: Since this is the Democracy Thread, where we can nominate people for Contributors and report users with bad behaviour, can we also use this thread to recomend someone to be a Mod or something? I understand of course, that this wouldn't be as Contributor, in which we all voted. More like a "hey, how about this guy for Staff" for the Mods/Administrators to think about it.
I have a couple of people in mind, actually  :ninja:.

I'd leave him a little more time, but he seems to be acting well, his posts are not retarded, and it's true he gives some valuable feedback.

As said, I would still wait one week to one month, but giving it to him right now shouldn't be a problem.

Since I haven't release anything in about 9 months and 18 days, I'm not currently contributing to mugen as it's implied that one must be doing in order to get and maintain the contributor title. ^_^

So, either you drop my title, for the contributor description doesn't fit my current situation, or you change the description and drop the present tense of the verb and change it to perfect present tense. :P
