Hmm....... Googling SFFv2 converter only brings topics about attempting to convert FROM v2 to v1. Maybe the SFFv1->SFFv2 converter is there in Mugen 1.0 files, and I just never saw it. :P

I say in the end it's decision of each one of us, but there's a good reason why a lot of people still prefers WinMugen instead 1.0, and not precisely is getting "back in the past" as many 1.0 users should say to "obligate" to convert into 1.0 to Win users. It's the same conversation about Windows 7 and XP. Getting forward not necessarily is getting better and you should know about that, people ;)

No there aren't. There are like, two reasons; if you can't literally cannot run 1.0 or you make extensive use of freqmul or something, which the very vast majority of creators do not.

Not in any way, shape or form, unless XP was a pirated OS and Microsoft died for about a decade and XP was prone to frequent crashes. Then they'd be kinda comparable.

None of those list items apply to MUGEN, at all.

well I guess "People are creatures of habit" does, but most people have switched onto 1.0, and creators shouldn't have to spend time catering to a dwindling audience that refuses to upgrade because they're lazy or misinformed.
