Is it ok to use Death Orgre as a source for projects? I mean the the sprites. Theres no author listed for this character.

Well, new rules say it's okay, and if you give credit to the unknown author in the readme, it should be fine. He cannot sue you for thievery... he did it himself for coding.
No rules against it, common courtesy states that you could/should state the origin ( where you found them etc) to portray respect for the original coder/spriter. But thats ONLY common courtesy, no one gonna sue you internet moneys even if you dont do it.

Totally forgot about this thread. Everything I make is pretty much open for anyone to use. The only thing that's almost not covered is a few of the Big Bang Beat sparks in Ren Idagawa as they were ripped by Sion. The party here would like credit for those. (I might end up replacing these to cut down on any possible controversies in the future)On a side note, I thought Guild was already in the "everything is Open Source" mode, so is this thread really necessary?
