He's shouldn't get any jail time. While it's a mega weird habit, his victims weren't really victims. He should be held civilly liable by the families,  at the very most.

I wonder what it would been like had this guy invited some friends over for the big soccer match on TV...

So these body parts are usually just thrown away right.

Am I missing why this is a big deal? Other than they were taken without permission. Its not like he's trafficking body parts or anything. Nobody even missed them.
