Can't see it. Too small. Post it as a proper image not some crappy thumbnail.I do hope you aren't expecting a character out of that. It's missing a huge amount that it would need before even being considered. When you've got a full size sheet, put it into dev resources.
check out JS mugen's tutorials,in there, it gives a list of required sprites; you HAVE to have those for mugen(i think)make sure you convert those sprites first,but i do think this can work:Palso, find N64mario's website, he has the mugen character template, it gives you everything you need to start, with speial cns and sffgood luck and happy holidays!
