Frame 3 is not included in the sample animation.

Anyhoo, just for those who want to give their CvS Bison extra frames of animation for Psycho Shot/Psycho Cannon move.

The second frame is really weirding me out; his arm is way too big. Even on the few CvS sprites that used blur (and there were only a few of those, CvS style in general does not use blur), the blurred parts don't tend to smear or significantly deform anatomically (as Versus series styled sprites tend to do). I think the arm should be significantly resizes and, if possible, have the blur removed entirely.

As JMorphman pointed out,, here's a revised sprite sheet with a new frame as alternative to the old one with blurred effect;

Sorry for double post. Updated with delay/charging effect. For those who plan to code or coded their Dictator with Psycho Shot/Cannon with delay feature. (Ideal for Psycho Cannon Super Combo state ala SFEX.)

Because you removed the blur in one of the animations, you should have a frame in it's place where the arm is in mid-position between the other frames. It jumps too much without one.
