Ive been waiting for her for a while now and I just saw her released!Finally a Delta Red Cammy for my Mugen! Thankyou Chuchoryu!
I want to know how he made the sprites look as unfinished as his other betas when he just needed to edit the sprites of SFA Cammy. I don't mean to be rude but how did you downgrade her sprites/animations so greatly in the process?
Well,now that Iced and Just No Point just pointed out some major flaws, it makes me wonder if I should download her now...Thanks for crushing my dreams of a good Delta Red Cammy, Chuchoryu...Update her and do it right this time, please.
I haven't checked it because yeah, but the suggestion that the throws are broken means it's probably based off of whatever template varo_hades uses for his other characters.
It's a straight up spriteswap. The only code changes involve removing things that the wouldn't fit Delta Red Cammy (like her M. Bison/Vega winposes)
There's minor differences (like, one or two single line differences, per file); it seems to be an older version (of the WinMUGEN version).
Not related to the actual character itself, but it needs to be said.Fifty seconds of branding and filler before the gameplay, fifteen seconds of content, then thirty seconds of credits. I fucking hate youtubers that waste the viewers' time like that.
On the sprites themselves:- The shoulders shouldn't be that bulky. I think the dolls have some kind of shoulder pads, so when removing them, you should've reduce the size of them. - The head on the stance is too big and the neck too small. Reminds me of NBA Jam. You should switch it back to the normal head and neck- The boots and socks are too high up. Delta Red's boots and socks are shorter. Not that bad of a problem though.- Some sprites are misaligned. This may be because of sprite swap of Psycho Weapon, as that char has misaligned sprites.-Jumpy pixels here and there.Not too bad to be honest. I may use this sff and try to fix some of these things myself for Duo. It's a good start. Just need to put more work into details.
Let me clear the things, like 3/4 years ago I released Cammy using Pots' Cammy, changed some things like the sprites, separating the modes, better AI, new intros, etc. It was the first char that I touched, and well I explained this a years ago, that my intention never was offend someone all opposite for fun to enjoy her, that was my first contribution of mugen, and these things, sorry if offending someone even I explained this in the readme. Anyway I have planned make the feedback except on the sprites on the rest I don't have problem, sorry for the confusion guys.

I agree some sprites need a retouch but in general things, this char is ok [I'm finished her super jump and dash in vs style. I hope finish her soon, especially with retouched sprites xD]

Really a nice edit i see. Hope that Chu has some work for her soon. And i can't wait to see that Juri in action.
She's a solid character in my opinion. Has a few glitches here and there, but let's be honest here; the sprites are done wonderfully compared to the Psycho Weapon of old and it's much better than settling for SF2 Cammy. If you hate the extra changes by Varo_Hades that much...copy the sff onto the original PotS Cammy and shut up. Problem solved. Just enjoy what you've got, guys. Now onto my only criticism. Why the headswap? If you're doing it for the scar, just edit literally four or five pixels. Not that hard and certainly easier than swapping the heads.

Delta is supposed to wear the red beret, and Cammy's scar is not at all noticeable in the SFA sprites. There'd be no reason to even consider changing the head unless it was for the scar. Stance-wise, her body moves pretty normally aside from head and boobs. The hair moves normally, the arms can be seen moving, head can be solved by going back to Cammy's old head. Only thing left is chest. Are you asking for bouncy boobs like in SF2? Because that's what it sounds like. To each their own, but I find boob-bouncery kind of unappealing in a fighting game.

I assumed it because her fringe moves and if you look at the shoulder and forearm, you can see that they move pretty normally as well. Compare the two stances, both SFA style.Her left arm moves exactly as it does in SFA save for the open hand, which can be explained by the fact that it's normal to keep an open knifehand rigid, and so does her right arm (although with the arm rotated, but you can see the shoulder still moves). Since this is an SFA edit, you'll likely notice that there's actually a tiny bit more animation in the way of hair swinging more than it used to (though that isn't exactly much). The only thing that doesn't move in the Delta Red Cammy idle is the boobs/chest area. Unless you're asking for Chuchoryu to modify Cammy's stance even more from where it used to be, in which case I must ask you what you think the point of this character is, considering it's basically a costume swap with her arms changed in the stance to come a bit closer to SFIV.

If even with them side by side you cant tell that chucho cammy is mostly the same sprite jerking left and right with the pigtails added behind I dunno how best to explain it that stances usually dont look like that.
I figured it's because the stance is sped up. You can tell by the leg and hair movement as opposed to SFA Cammy's leg and hair movement.
