EDIT: I DID NOT MAKE THIS CHARACTER.  This used to be a found release topic but it later got merged with c.ryu's release topic.  I have removed the links from this post to avoid confusion, scroll down to chuchoryu's post for the DL links.
This is how you recognize a character is polished or not : when small details are taken care of to provide the best experience possible.

Sprites look cool as always.

D. Jin changes back into normal Jin during areal super, not to mention it looks horrible, no offense just doesn't make sense ... when he hits opponent into the air the background doesnt follow or match up properly.

Law looks good, just has no moves ...

They don't feel awful, I've heard a lot of people saying they were bad, but as someone who really only has Tekken experience through SFxT, this isn't bad at all ... I like what he's doing ... I hate the sound effects he's using though ... I'd prefer them to have CvS2 soundeffets etc. ... but they look really nice and they're fun to mess around with for sure!

That's kinda why I said:
Chuchoryu says these are betas.

But yeah, they definately feel like they need work.  Although the sprite work is good, I suppose that has more to do with CvS Abstract then chuchoryu.

And about Asuka, I think he said he was only releasing it to the staff members of a few sites - so I guess that means he doesn't want it to go public yet?

I didnt download them yet,but judging by their gifs i can allready say that the stance animations are off.
Chuchoryu may be a good spriter,but his characters are mostly badly coded....

Hello friend! this time I released some chars I work in some time, is Devil Jin bu is beta not Demo beta, I use the CvS Abtract Jin base:

Well, I edit my Jin using the model to make Devil Jin like this:

Devil Jin have the same moves as Jin but have a Little diffrence in his moves

You see? the same moves but....


You can perform the "Dragon Uppercut if you fail you need to press "Ligth Kick in the air" and Devil Jin can Kick like to the picture


You see? now other new feature for all my Tekken chars is the Tag System:

Now you can battle using one other Tekken chars I made (not in the released section but soon) I you can change your chars for example Devil Jin for your parthner for example Jin or other Devil Jin, this mode only can play in "Team mode" 2 chars at the same time

For the moment is all and please give credits no only to me, give credits to CvS Abstrat for add the pic for Devil Jin in Opensource sprites. I give the credits for CvS Abstract and my respectc for him

Soon is released all my Tekken chars whit Tag System mode and complete including Marshal Law and Akira Yuki

-You should have edited the wings in the crouch poses and when he is on the floor (like sprite 720, 3). Because they go through the floor.
Watch where the feet are; that is the floor.
- You can hold the start button to repeat the taunt (it shouldn't happen).
- The electric uppercut FX is red, but the electric charges are light blue.

Wow you on keep releasing these cool characters, really like how they look especially sf4 evil ryu and this devil Jin.

one thing i can only say chuchoryu is rushing everything, im taking my time and making sure taki astaroth and sophitia are finished and my ivy which is early in the project in the video it looks like a sprite swap not a new character like heihachi and young heihachi that means jin really did not get updated and we really did not get a real devil jin character that was its own character sad

You say the true, is a Sad Devil Jin, is beta remmember not final version need up andmore codding to be a 1.1 version, I like to release my chars in beta or demo beta for this reason: I no like to see my chars only announced and never complete. I like to release to make the char complete and no only announced in the case of Tekken vs Soul Calibur I make the screen pak but this is not released and I help other authors to make chars or sprites

I'm going to be frank here, but again, this is just my opinion.

I don't like Churchoryu's works or his stance. At all. Because:

1: Beta. Beta. Beta. All we get are Betas. We get a smathering of betas and no solid tweaks to existing works, with the exception of adding in a new move. That's it. And just when you think you're smelling the aroma of a new character, you're either A: greeted with a re-sprite (E.G. Young and Old Heihachi) or B: another... beta. Authors with much more talent actually IMPROVE their work with each subsequent post through, you know, actual feedback instead of... beta after beta. And it's this demeanor that makes me not like Churcho. I see his intentions, but he doesn't deliver on those intentions.

Also, I'd like to call myself out and say yes, not all of Guild's coders are Rajaa, Cybaster or Cyanide. Churchoryu, or even I, would have to start somewhere. I get that. Even a majority of characters with sub-par coding were still fun to play as. I do not see that with Jin, Mokujin and Heihachi. However, and my point is, there is usually an improvement curve that happens over time; E.G. a particular author learns from their mistakes/shortcommings through feedback and improves on their work. Here, we do not see that. And that leads to... betas.

2: Avoiding feedback: Really?? Do we have to tread this again?? Yes. As listed above, authors listen to what the community has to say and a marked improvement is made in some way or another. Jmorphman, Rajaa and Cybaster are aces at this. Do we all have to be these guys?? Nope. But at least make the damned effort to listen and improve. Instead of "Sure thing Mi Amigo!!" followed by another... beta...

Do you see my point?? I'm not just bashing Churchoryu here. There are people who enjoy his stuff, and that's great. Your opinion is your opinion. To me, this smells like the Kong Situation all over again: Quantity will always outweigh Quality here....

i just updated sophitia and im updating astaroth now
try my updated taki but if she seems broken then thats the ai
im going to get those three finished before i start new SC characters
try to follow my stuff and quit looking in the past
and the only thing i have to say for chuchoryu about this jin is that he is just another sprite swap like
heihachi so this is not a surprise to be a new character because he is still the same jin we have and
not and updated version he should really look at street fighter characters like ryu, ken, dan, sakura, gouki, gouken if he is going to make copy of a character like jin then he shhould look how different ryu and evil ryu but saying anything to him wont making him better i can see

based on the releases i've seen from him its pretty much a take it or move on to something else situation. He said he'd rather release beta's rather than talk about characters that take years to finish so with that in mind and based on his history of releases you should know what you're in for when you see a release or update by chuchoryu.
Personally his betas are fine as long as they have supers and specials anything else I tweak myself ie infinites and such but i see both sides of the coin and unfortunately those who would like to see a change in his production style are in the minority. I'm fine either way.

Mi amigo Saikoro, yuo have much reason like to other memmbers, Im not the best coder or sprites or a famous author like P.O.S.T., good programer like Rajaa, SeanAtly or Warasaki, good spriter like CvS Artis and SeanAtly I tray to mke Tekken chars using my imagination and my-little-skils to make sprites and coding amigo, Kazuya is my favorite char from Tekken like Ogre and soon I updated all chars and I no mek more demo betas or betas to see the progrre all need to wait more time to see another Tekken character but this time I no release betas one time and one more time amigo Saikoro.

The negative comment and comments constructives like you are those who appreciate more than anything, you and more members like you see more beyond what I do, in this case I make beta followed by other beta and followed by other beta amigo. Now I need to take more time to make more good chars based in Tekken series and Street Fighter 4, others like to see betas but here dont like to see betas to enjoy...well now is time to get back and take time to make more good Tekken chars no more betas I promise for all

well everyone would not mind having asuka as a beta since she is in your signature but i think after asuka beta you can focus on those characters that are beta and then start on characters you did not tell everyone about...use your work in progress trend and show your mugen character progress...
i will make the soul calibur vs. tekken screenpack and we can put our characters in the full game and update the game when we  both have progress on the game

well everyone would not mind having asuka as a beta since she is in your signature but i think after asuka beta you can focus on those characters that are beta and then start on characters you did not tell everyone about...use your work in progress trend and show your mugen character progress...

Yyyyyyeah sorry to say this, SDB but you're pretty damn wrong. This new update isn't better than the others because

It STILL has the stupid Laser Scraper infinite
It still has poorly sprited wings
It STILL has the dumb hold taunt problem.
it STILL has bad CLSNs
It STILL has a whiff problem when Cross Art is done in the corner.

All he did was fix the super images and make it so he stays Devil in his Super Art.
